At Double Double, I led operations across a diverse portfolio of physical products and an e-commerce platform serving both consumers and retail partners. My role spanned strategic planning, systems development, and day-to-day execution, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure and maintaining strong unit economics. I worked cross-functionally to ensure our products — from patented innovations to curated resale items — were delivered efficiently, profitably, and with a consistent brand experience.

Multi-Product Operations

I built and managed the operational backbone for multiple product lines, including SipSnap, Turkish towel ponchos, and resale goods offered through our e-commerce shop. This involved developing supply chains, coordinating production and fulfillment, and ensuring seamless delivery across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

  • Scaled a flexible supply chain and fulfillment system across 3+ product lines and sales channels

  • Launched a self-serve wholesale portal that increased B2B sales by 25% and reduced support time by 90%

  • Managed inventory planning and vendor coordination to minimize stockouts and protect cash flow

Optimization & Licensing

I implemented cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to drive profitability while preparing SipSnap for successful global licensing. This included pricing experiments, packaging updates, and operational handoffs to our licensing partner.
